Your message is sent to our support inbox by email so that we can reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to tell you when an app launches, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Cookies

The contact page sets a single session cookie that protects the form from misuse (for example, spam bots). It is deleted when you close your browser and is not used to track you. The pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

Children

This website is intended for parents and other adults. We ask that children do not use the contact form, and that messages do not include a child's personal details.

Keeping and deleting your information

Messages stay in our email inbox only as long as we need them to help you. To ask us to delete a message you sent, email support@crawlwalkrungames.com.

Web hosting

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
